- 50g (½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta

- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or 180°C (350°F) for fan ovens.

- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Sauce

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.

- Stir in the chopped tomatoes, season with oregano, salt, and black pepper, and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Combine the Ingredients

- Add the drained tuna and frozen peas to the sauce. Stir well to combine and cook for 2 minutes until the peas are warmed through.
