- 1/2 cup pasta water

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce

- In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter with olive oil.

- Add minced garlic (if using) and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
