Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Air Fryer and Season the Cauliflower

- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for a few minutes.

- In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, cumin, curry powder, chili powder, and salt until evenly coated.
Step 2: Air-Fry the Cauliflower

- Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Step 3: Prepare the Curry Sauce
