Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

    • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried oregano.

    • Rub the minced garlic over the chicken, ensuring even coverage.

Step 2: Sear the Chicken

    • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Step 3: Add Garlic and Butter

    • Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
