Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Sauté the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes until softened.

- Add the carrots and mushrooms, cooking for 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.
Step 2: Add the turkey

- Stir in the shredded turkey and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3: Make the Sauce

- Sprinkle the plain flour over the mixture and stir well to coat.

- Gradually pour in the stock, stirring constantly to create a smooth sauce.

- Add the double cream, Dijon mustard, and thyme, mixing until fully combined.

Step 4: Assemble the Pie
