- 12 ready-made blinis (or make your own)

- 100g (3.5 oz) smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Instructions
Step 1: Warm the Blinis

- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Arrange the blinis on a baking tray and warm them for 3-5 minutes until soft and lightly heated. Alternatively, warm them in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 2: Prepare the Crème Fraîche Mixture

- In a small bowl, mix the crème fraîche with a squeeze of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Assemble the Blinis

- Spread a dollop of the crème fraîche mixture onto each warmed blini. Top with a small piece of smoked salmon.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
