Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Your Equipment

- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) or 160°C (320°F) for fan ovens.

- Grease and line a 20cm (8-inch) round cake tin with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

- In a large bowl, sift together the plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
