Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mushrooms

- Slice the mushrooms evenly and mince the garlic.
Step 2: Sauté the Mushrooms

- Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

- Add the mushrooms and garlic, cooking for 4-5 minutes until golden and fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Beat the Eggs

- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning.
Step 4: Cook the Omelette

- Reduce the skillet heat to low and pour the beaten eggs over the mushrooms.

- Tilt the pan to spread the eggs evenly.
Step 5: Add Herbs and Optional Toppings
