- 3/4 cup plain flour

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Add-Ins:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Step 2: Combine Ingredients
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in your desired add-ins, such as chocolate chips or nuts.
Step 3: Shape the Cookies
- Roll tablespoons of dough into balls and flatten slightly with your palms. Place them on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 4: Preheat the Air Fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for 3 minutes.
Step 5: Cook the Cookies
- Place a parchment sheet in the air fryer basket. Arrange the cookies in a single layer, leaving space between them for spreading. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Step 6: Cool and Serve
- Let the cookies cool in the air fryer basket for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
