Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Broad Beans

- If using fresh broad beans, remove them from the pods.

- Boil water in a pot and blanch the beans for 3-4 minutes until tender.

- Drain and rinse under cold water, then peel off the tough outer skins for a softer texture.
