Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9-inch round cake tin and line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: Prepare the Apples
- Peel, core, and dice the apples into small chunks. Set aside.
Step 3: Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Step 4: Combine the Wet Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
