  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Slice the Cabbage: Thinly slice the green cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Julienne the Carrot: Julienne the carrot and add it to the bowl with the cabbage.
  3. Add the Onion: Thinly slice the red onion and mix it in with the cabbage and carrot.

Step 2: Prepare the Dressing
