- 200g broad beans (fava beans), shelled
- 200g sugar snap peas, trimmed

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Green Beans

- Blanch the Green Beans: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and immediately transfer to a bowl of ice water to cool. Drain and set aside.
