Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Beef

- Place the thinly sliced beef in a bowl.

- Add cornflour and Chinese five-spice powder, tossing to coat evenly.
Step 2: Cook the Beef

- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

- Add the coated beef slices in batches and cook until crispy and golden brown.

- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 3: Make the Dressing

- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
