Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Carrots

- Peel and slice the carrots into sticks or rounds of even thickness for uniform cooking.
Step 2: Season the Carrots

- In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot slices with olive oil, honey (if using), cumin or paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the carrots are evenly coated.
Step 3: Preheat the Air Fryer

- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4: Cook the Carrots

- Place the seasoned carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.

- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the carrots are golden and tender.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
